Pls note – If you are not currently available in the country you can simply scan and email the documents with your signature/s, it isn’t necessary to send the original documents to us gain because under the new rules of department of Company registrar they accept scanned documents for company registration.

Our team will submit all the documents to the Register of Companies, make the necessary payment and will follow up until the company is incorporated.

As soon as the company is incorporated, the Department of company registrar will inform that to the email which you provided us.

Our team will collect the incorporation certificate and other documents from the Department of Company registrar and will inform that via an email with the scan copies of those documents and giving a phone call.

Thereafter you can collect the Original Incorporation certificate , ROC certified form 01 , 4 Articles of the Associations and other required documents from our office premises or we can courier the documents as per your request.

If you want to open a bank account in any bank under the company name, Our team will issue the Board resolutions, Certified copies of the all the company incorporation documents at the same time when you are collecting or when we courier the company incorporation documents or any other date as and when your requirement arises.
