The Agreement between the Director and Company Secretary

As per the Article 221(1) of the Companies Act No.7 of 2007, all companies should have a secretary. The company secretary should be employed and available before the incorporation due to a consent form that the company secretary is required to sign mentioning that he/she will be the appointed secretary for the newly formed organization in form 19. There is no fixed fee schedule and the quarterly charges/retainer differs from firm to firm. The director of the organization should sign the form 18.
